Finding Daily Fun, Playgrounds

This site is home grown, rather than government sponsored.  It feels fairly comprehensive and the entries describing the parks are from parents who try and provide the family friendly tips you need regarding things like age of the equipment, cleanliness, sand vs chips, etc. Not all the parks are reviewed.  http://sdplaygrounds.com/sdplaygrounds.html

I’ve used this site to help me find a park when I want to meet someone who lives far away and we want to find a nice park somewhere between our two communities.
